Counselling is a process by which a talking therapist (Counsellor or Psychotherapist) helps one to explore and unravel their troubling issues without judgement and in a positive and empathic way.  Sessions are 50 minutes weekly, which is esssential for continuity and a week is the ideal length of time for processing to take place between appointments.
