Welcome to the Talkroom and thank you for visiting.  

I have 20+ years of experience of counselling anyone from 13 years and older.  At the beginning I worked for two voluntary organisations as a therapist which gave me the courage to found my own private practice which I now run from my conservatory.  Previously I worked in a job which demanded a lot of driving and I needed a much shorter commute and to do something I loved and completely believed in.  

I was very well trained in psychodynamic counselling with person centred and transactional analysis alongside. I am now also BACP accredited (British association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), enhanced DBS checked and attend regular supervision to complement my practice and reassure clients of the quality of the work I do.

I am interested in and have considerable experience of working with teenagers and welcome those (and adults) on the ASD/ADHD spectrum or those who believe they may be or are awaiting diagnosis.
